Shipping policy

At the moment, due to restrictions from our shipping partners, we are not shipping orders to the following countries:
Azerbaijan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Cambodia, Honduras, Iraq, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon islands, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen.

We suspect this is temporary, and our carriers will let us know when service will resume and we can continue to ship globally as before. 

Prices shown on our website include international delivery via DHL, FedEx, or UPS; which takes 3 to 6 days worldwide. If you prefer one courier over the other, please specify this when making your purchase, keeping in mind that may incur additional charges. 

Please expect delays, during holiday seasons, public holidays and strikes. Our team will keep you updated when your purchase is shipped out with the tracking numbers to track their purchase during the course of the delivery period. 

All the rugs are packed with 2-3 layers of water-proof plastic wrapping to ensure that they arrive safely to their destination. 

Customers are required to pay tax when their rugs/carpets enter their country. This is the sole responsibility of the customer to find out the amount and pay for the tax when it is incurred. 

In addition, duty may apply when rugs are processed for customs clearance.

DHL/FedEx/UPS handle all customs clearance and related procedures and collect any applicable fees/taxes from customers upon delivery.

All rugs are insured during the delivery period. If your purchased item is delivered to you in a damaged condition or has been lost during the shipping period, customers will receive a refund. If you wish to return a rug for any other reason, please see our Refund policy.
