The Baluchi are a nomadic people spread across Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan. Their weaving tradition uses bold geometric patterns and wool on wool construction. This sold piece at 4 ft 4 in x 6 ft had the warm brown palette typical of Baluchi production from Afghanistan. Similar pieces are available in the current collection.
